Poultry Nutrition

The poultry industry in the United States has a long history of using rendered products in its rations. Rendered fats are generally lower in cost than vegetable oils such as soybean oil, which is used substantially in other countries. This allows for higher inclusion rates of fat and thus higher energy diets.
